General Cancellation Policy
Defenders Armory DOES NOT have a minimum contract.
Unlimited Shooting Memberships can be placed on “HOLD” at any time due to your personal circumstances. HOLD status may not exceed 90 days per 12 month membership cycle. HOLD status requires an exact date for reinstatement. This date will be when your monthly recurring membership starts again.
If a customer’s cancels their membership, they are subject to initiation fees upon joining again.
Cancellation Policy- Recurring Membership:
Initiation fee and first month are non-refundable after membership is activated (monthly or yearly).
Cancellation Policy- 1 Year paid in full Membership:
If a 1 year paid in full membership package is cancelled the following fees apply:
10% cancellation fee of the full value within the first 30 days
20% cancellation fee of the full value within the first 60 days
30% cancellation fee of the full value within the first 90 days
After 90 days no refund is applicable.
Initiation Fee is not refundable for 1 year paid in full memberships.
Failure to pay:
Membership is cancelled if reoccurring charge is declined or failed more than 1 time in the 12 month period. Initial fee and first month are not refundable. If the customer wants to continue a membership package, he/she are subject to the cost and fees of starting a new membership.
Member must update card on file for recurring membership within 30 days of first transaction decline and notification.
